PARTIES TO THE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use are a contractually binding agreement.  Visitors, viewers, users, subscribers, members, affiliates, or customers, collectively referred to herein as "Visitors," are parties to this agreement.  This website owners, Ringold Nutritional Systems, LLC (“R.N.S.”), are also a party to this agreement, herein referred to as "Website."  THIS WEBSITE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO ANY PERSON OR VIEWER WITHOUT NOTICE FOR ANY REASON. 

 

 

Customer Remedy

Our company’s entire liability, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid, less shipping and handling charges collected by the company.  Refunds are limited to bottles (empty or full) returned to the company that are postmarked within ninety days from the purchase date.  Refunds are only granted for each bottle that is sent back, whether empty or full AND postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date.  Anything postmarked after 90 days will NOT be refunded.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Free Trial Packs

In the event that you order a free 30 day trial pack of our prouduct, then you are also enrolling in our automatic home delivery plan which sends you two bottles of our product every sixty days and commences approximately 20 days after you enroll in the program.  You agree to try the free 30 day trial pack for an entire 30 days before canceling your home delivery membership and by this time you will already have received your next two bottles of our product.  Refunds are only granted for each bottle that is sent back, whether empty or full AND postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date.  Anything postmarked after 90 days will NOT be refunded.  We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

This Site is not intended for children under the age of 18.  If you are under 18 you must first obtain your parent or guardian’s permission prior to submitting any information to this Site.
